Students attending the Dothan City Schools are assigned to schools based on their place of residence.  These attendance zones are mandatory except for students who have been accepted to one of the district's magnet schools, or to students in certain programs for exceptional students that are not offered on every campus.

     You may look up your child's school zone in one of three ways:
          (1) ALPHABETICALLY BY STREET - All streets in the Dothan City Limits are listed.  Find your street, find the line corresponding to your address, and read the elementary, middle, and high school zone on the right.
          (2) MAPS - View color-coded maps of the school zones.
          (3) NARRATIVE DESCRIPTION - These are the detailed descriptions of the school zones that are the official versions passed by the Board of Education.  In the event of any discrepancies or errors elsewhere, these descriptions prevail.
